Return policy

Personalized product:

As your jersey was created specifically for you, it is not elligible for a return.
However, we are humans and mistakes do happen occasionally.
Communicate with us via the return form if we have omitted or changed an element of your order.

Regular product:

All non-personalized products can be returned up to 7 days from the date of receipt. Obviously, they must not have been worn or washed.

No exchange or refund on liquidation items.

Return request:

To return a product, you must first request a return number from our customer service department by completing the attached form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs except in the case of an error on our part.

No product will be accepted at our workshop without a return number. A member of our team will review your request and issue you a return number. No item will be considered without return or warranty number.

Guarantee

Custom RAG Custom products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Not applicable for damage caused by abuse, neglect, repairs, modifications or alterations. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover bad adventures with obstacles, trees or incidents following a bad fall.
