Where are the jerseys made?
All "custom" jerseys are made in our workshop located in Joliette, Qc.
We are proud to use materials made in Quebec.
In addition, most of the jerseys and accessories available in the store are decorated by us, in the same premises.
How are custom jerseys made?

What is the minimum number for an order?
Only one item!
For bulk orders, do not hesitate to contact us via the “Contact Us” section to see the possibilities that apply to your project.
What size should I choose?
Consult the size chart to choose the right size. If in doubt, take a larger size.
Are the colors likely to crack or become more faded over time?
No, our "custom" products are made in sublimation. So there is nothing that can peel off or discolor. This is the safest process for this type of product.

Will the colors chosen be exactly the same as on my screen?
Due to different monitor and screen settings, we cannot guarantee color accuracy.
Is there a Rag store I can visit?
Currently, the products are only available on our website.
It is possible to see our products at our events. Follow us on social networks to see where we will be next.
How to maintain and wash the clothes?
Hand wash or gentle cycle, cold water with chloride-free detergent.
Best to hang to dry.
What are the payment methods?
As purchases are only made online, you can make payment via the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Customization
How do I add my name and number to my jersey?
This option, at a cost of $10.00, is available directly in the jersey creation page. Different fonts are available. Look carefully at the letters and numbers to make sure you make the right choice. We will assign matching colors to your creation.
Is it possible to customize the jerseys and/or accessories in the store?
No, personalization is only offered on "custom" jerseys.
Is it possible to add our name and number later?
No, we offer you the possibility to add this personalization in sublimation, so it will not be possible to add it later. We will print your number at the same time as all the color of your jersey for more comfort and ventilation.
Is it possible to add logos?
No, this service is not offered.

How soon will my order be ready?
This varies depending on the volume of orders received, but we aim to produce custom shirts within 9-15 business days and regular orders within 1-2 business days.
What is the delivery delay?
In the shipping confirmation, you will find the name of the carrier and the tracking number to see where your package has gone.
Is it possible to pick up an order directly?
Yes, taking possession is offered directly at our workshop in Joliette, by appointment only!
Is it possible to ship outside of Canada?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
As mentioned before proceeding to payment, make sure that your order is correct before proceeding to payment because it is no longer possible to change anything afterwards.
