No, our "custom" products are made in sublimation. So there is nothing that can peel off or discolor. This is the safest process for this type of product.

WILL COLORS CHOSEN BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON MY SCREEN?
Due to different monitor and screen settings, we cannot guarantee color accuracy.

Hand wash or gentle cycle with cold water and chlorine-free detergents.

HOW DO I ADD MY NAME AND NUMBER TO MY JERSEY?
This option is available directly in the jersey creation page. Different fonts are available. Look carefully at the letters and numbers to make sure you make the right choice. We will assign matching colors to your creation.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD OUR NAME AND NUMBER LATER?
No, we offer you the possibility to add this customization in sublimation, so it will not be possible to add it later. We will print your number at the same time as all the color of your jersey for more comfort and ventilation.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD LOGOS?
This service is currently not offered for individual orders.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
This varies depending on the volume of orders received, but we aim to produce custom shirts within 9-15 business days and regular orders within 1-2 business days.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DELAY?
In the shipping confirmation, you will find the name of the carrier and the tracking number to see where your package has gone.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP AN ORDER DIRECTLY?
Yes, taking possession is offered directly at our workshop in Joliette, by appointment only!
