Return policy

Regular product

All non-personalized products may be returned up to 7 days from the date received. Obviously, they must not have been worn or washed.

No exchanges or refunds on clearance items.

Customized product

As your jersey was created specifically for you, it is not possible to return it. However, we are human and mistakes do happen on occasion. Contact us via email at info@ragcustom.com if we have omitted or changed an item from your order.

Return request

Contact us via email at info@ragcustom.com for any return requests.

No item will be accepted at our workshop without a return number. A team member will review your request and assign you a returns number.

Guarantee

Customized products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year following the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover bad adventures with obstacles, trees or incidents following a nasty fall.

Does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, repairs, modifications or alterations.
